Executive Director - St. Peter HRA



The St. Peter Housing Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is currently accepting applications for the position of Executive Director of Park View Manor located at 1010 South Fourth Street in St. Peter, MN. The Executive Director of Park View Manor is an administrative position responsible for directing the affairs of the (HRA) and the daily operations of Park View Manor. Under general supervision by HRA Board, the Executive Director develops, organizes, coordinates, and monitors all activities of the HRA and its properties and supervises staff. The Executive Director is also responsible for managing finances, ensuring compliance with Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules and procedures, marketing of the facility and advancing the mission of the HRA Board. 


High School diploma or equivalent; Three years' bookkeeping/record keeping experience or Associates degree in Accounting; Computer proficiency, including MS Office, Excel, and Outlook; Experience working with the public; Valid Minnesota Driver's License or ability to obtain within thirty days of employment. 


Two or more years' experience working directly in management of rental housing facilities and familiarity with principles, practices and terminology of the rental housing industry; Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations; Bachelor's Degree; NAHRO/HUD training; Two or more years' experience supervising one or more full time employees. Beginning salary wage $24.00 - $29.00 per hour + excellent benefits.
