Dear Minnesota NAHRO Vender:

Summer is here and the weather is warming up.  The Minnesota NAHRO Annual Meeting is also heating up and we would like to share our plans for this year’s conference.  Vender participation at conferences across the country has decreased in the past couple of years and the annual Minnesota NAHRO conference is no different.  We recognize that there are a variety of reasons for this and understand that participation in vender shows is expensive, increases your overhead (i.e. travel time, transportation, lodging) and possibly decreases your staff’s productivity.  Minnesota NAHRO recognizes these concerns and has a new format that we believe will meet both our needs.

This year we are excited to provide you with a new opportunity that will save you time and money and give you as much or more exposure.  Here’s what you need to do:

  • Provide Minnesota NAHRO with an 8.5 x 11 flyer (pdf) that markets your company’s product or services and contact information.  You might even want to include a coupon, picture or discount for housing authority’s specifically seeking your product or services. 
  • Minnesota NAHRO will print your flyer and distribute it to the anticipated 250 participants attending the fall conference.
  • Within one business day of receiving your registration, your company’s name and link to your web-site will be added to the Minnesota NAHRO Fall Conference registration website.
  • If you still would like to attend, you can join us at a special vendor rate of $295 which includes Thursday lunch & one sided black/white flyer. 
  • You are also welcome to join us for our fun networking events benefiting our scholarship fund – Thursday Charter Fishing ($85) and Thursday night Bent Paddle Brewery event ($25)

This new format will reduce your overhead and maximize your exposure…What’s not to like about that? All of this can be yours for a small fee!

  • 8.5 x 11 Black & White     $150 - one sided/ $200 two sided
  • 8.5 x 11 Color                    $225 - one sided/$275 two sided

Still want to attend? Join us at the Vendor Conference Rate $295 which includes Thursday lunch & one sided black & white flyer,  plus an opportunity to display your materials near our registration. Our special vendor rate makes it easy for you to attend any of our Thursday sessions and join us for the networking events with conference attendees (additional charge)
